Supervision Program for LPC-Associates seeking licensure
A Bit About Me
My name is Whitney Briggs and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas. I also have my License to practice in the state of Colorado. I have worked in the mental health field since 2013, and have gained diverse experience working in agencies, with court-required treatment, providing court testimony, and in a private practice setting.
The majority of my experience has been working with adults and adolescents individually and in a group setting. I have worked with couples for relationship, marital and pre-marital counseling. I have also provided court-mandated treatment for adults and adolescents, and managed multidisciplinary treatment teams related to their care. My approach to both treatment and supervision is integrative, and based in cognitive behavioral therapy.
My job as your supervisor is to empower you to practice at the highest standard. In your developmental journey, we will work to increase confidence related to skill building, client care, ethical standards of practice and practice development and management.
**Specifics related to supervisoin fees, hours, requirements and contracts will be discussed in a free 30-60 minute consultation to determine if this partnership is a good fit. See below**
