Heartache is the most universal human experience. As a counselor, I believe that there are two things that we want most when we are in pain: to be understood and to be feel safe. When the only was out of the darkness is inward, I take deep honor in accompanying you through the hard times. I see you as a whole person—mind, body, and spirit—doing their best to make sense of difficult realities.
