Sarah Bell MA, LPC-Associate

My name is Sarah Bell and I am honored that you’re here looking for healing, guidance, clarity, and growth. My goal as a counselor is to provide a space where my clients feel heard, cared for, supported and safe. All throughout our lives we have ‘stories’ about personal experiences or experiences of others and these ‘stories’ can shape us into who we are and how we view ourselves and the world around us. No matter where you are on your mental health journey, whether you are looking for individual or couples counseling, I would love to walk alongside you and help you reach your counseling goals as you make meaning and even change the narrative of your ‘stories’. While it does take effort on your part, you are worth being well.
